Music Tutors Hero now requires both Tutors and Pupils to use a username when logging into the platform.

Emails have been sent out to the Tutors regarding these rules, and the deadline which usernames need to be set by.

After the deadline has passed, a username will be generated for you and sent to you via email. For both Tutors and Pupils.

If you have not received these emails, or are still having issues logging in, please contact Music Tutors Hero via support@musictutorshero.co.uk.

Pupils

Contact your tutor, they will be able to reset your credentials so you can log in.
